I love to entertain but I’m busy so I’m always on the lookout for things to make life in the kitchen or entertaining easier. One of my favorite brands is OXO. They have it figured out when it comes to making food prep easy.
In this segment, I featured their corn shucker that I use almost daily in the summer. If you haven’t tried grilling corn and putting that on a salad, you don’t know what you’re missing.
Another favorite OXO product is the all-in-one avocado tool. Slice it open, pull the pit out and slice as you like. I love adding that on my salad too and then you have the easy herb scissors that are a must, especially in summer. Chop up your basil or cilantro and top away.
If you’re grilling, check out the grill mats that let you cook easily and clean without veggies or shrimp falling through the grates and no messy grates after grilling. Add some fruit for dessert with the watermelon and pineapple slicer. And don’t forget to toast your guests with your ice-cold glass of your favorite drink with these amazing ice glasses. Freeze the bottom insert and just pop it in the bottom of the glass when you are ready for your drink and it keeps it cold. It’s all done through magnets so easy to pop in and out.
