I’m a television lifestyle expert, journalist, podcast host, and keynote speaker who believes it’s never too late to reinvent yourself.
My career has taken me from inventing a product to becoming a nationally recognized visibility expert, appearing in the media more than 1,000 times, and building an award-winning podcast with over 1.5 million downloads.
And I’m just getting started!
It All Started With a Broken Foot
In 2010, I broke my foot before a trip to New York City. When I couldn’t find anything stylish to wear over my medical boot, I invented CastMedic Designs.
With no advertising budget, I taught myself how to get publicity. Within a year, I’d appeared in more than 50 media outlets, and my invention was featured on national television.
That experience changed everything.
I went on to create PR for Anyone®, write two bestselling books, and help businesses generate more than one billion media views and over $100 million in sales.
Today, I share those visibility strategies on stages across the country through my Established to Known® keynotes and workshops.
From Television to Storytelling
What began as promoting my own invention grew into a career I never imagined.
Today, I’m a regular on television, sharing lifestyle discoveries, innovative products, and expert insights. I partner with brands, host segments, and love bringing compelling stories to life.
I’m also a freelance journalist, with work published in Business Insider, Southern Living, Newsweek, and other outlets.

I’m a wife, mom of two grown children, proud Virginia Tech Hokie, and someone who believes there’s no expiration date on ambition, adventure, or trying something new.
