Lin Dunn is a women’s basketball Hall of Fame coach with over 55 years of experience in collegiate and professional sports. She has served as a coach, GM, and advisor across multiple institutions and WNBA teams, including Austin Peay, Ole Miss, Miami, Purdue, the Seattle Storm, and the Indiana Fever—where she led the team to a WNBA championship.
In this episode, Lin sits down with Christina to discuss her groundbreaking journey through women’s sports, from the days when it was illegal for girls to play interscholastic sports in Alabama, to coaching championship teams in the WNBA. They cover the evolution of Title IX, the impact of NIL, and the current explosion of interest in women’s basketball. Lin also opens up about her recent health transformation, her mentoring work, and what she sees for the future of women’s athletics.
