So many of us have these big dreams and passion projects, but we don’t always know how to bring them to life. That’s what Charmaine’s company “Raise A Dream” does; help people bring their ideas to life through collaboration, partnership, and sponsorship.

The one thread that is woven through Charmaine’s puzzle is relationship. She used collaboration and sponsorship in pretty much everything that she did in her businesses. For her, sponsorships are a way of collaborating with businesses and brands to bring on different types of support to her projects.

Charmaine was a correctional officer before she decided to go back to school, work in a non-profit, and opened up a mediation company. Working in a jail taught her to be comfortable with conflict, address crisis and get things on track.
